I have gotten a bit of stitching in over the last few days. Thought I would pop it up here. I don't see getting to much more while my mom is still visiting. Too much to go see and do!
Moving along with Three Things. I hope I continue to enjoy this one as much as I have been.
Happy Stitching all!!!

Busy Busy
Really busy with my mom in town. I hope to be able to post my stitching soon, not that I have been doing too much of that, since my mom is in town.
Happy Stitching all!

ABCs
My husbands dislikes alphabet samplers so I heard a big sigh from him when he saw my TTS. Had to show him that TTS isn't an alphabet sampler. Wonder just what he will say when I start in on the alphabet samplers I love. hmmm.
This weekend will be IHSW. I am not sure how much I will be stitching what with my mother coming into town today. I would love to finish the ABCs by the end of the weekend though. We will see if that is likely.
Here I am now.

TTS
Worked more on Three Things last night.
I am moving on to the ABCs today. You can see I did start with the "A" last night. It is a nice stitch. I am liking the colours so far, and hope that continues. :)

...
Couldn't think of a post title, sorry.
Dani, thanks for that reminder about counting threads not holes. I know I had heard it before, but had forgotten. With some stitches I do it automatically, but I was forgetting on some of the newer ones. I MUST remember!
I was able to get some stitching time in on Three Things Sampler this past weekend. So far I am really liking this one.
I hope to get a goodly bit more stitched before Thursday when my mom comes to visit. She will be here for three weeks and I don't see getting much stitching in while she is here.

That counting thing
First I want to thank you for commenting. It makes me smile to see people respond to my posts.
The only reason some of the stitches are being a pain is because I have never done them before, and some really make me think! I have been loving how they turn out. Though, if I ever have to do another lazy daisy it will be too soon. :P
Now, onto that counting thing. I really can't count when it comes to this piece. Not only have I had issues with placement, I evidently can't even count parts! I told you yesterday I was halfway through part 14, when it was really part 15. See. I can't count. The good thing about that is I was able to get all caught up with The Great Escape yesterday! I can't wait to see what stitches will be next.
I have now put this one away until the last parts are out. I have now pulled out Three Things Sampler to work on. It was hardly even started so I hope to really make some progress on it. The WIPocolypse is really helping me this year with my projects. :)

Bit of stitching
I have been working on The Great Escape again. That poor owl didn't even have one wing last time I set him down. Since this piece is pretty much all specialty stitches it can hurt my brain after awhile. :P
Not everything is in the right place. I evidently have had issues with counting, but overall, even with all my fudges it is coming along. A few things I have learned so far. Most specialty stitches are really fun to do. Some however are a pain in the ass. Oh my, such a pain. I have finally learned how to do queen stitches and like how they look. This is good as I have a chart in my pile that has bajillions of queen stitches. And, I still hate lazy daisy stitches. Those aren't in the photo as I am working on them now. I wish I had used two threads for the mice, but I am not going back to fix that, nope. I am still behind on this piece. I am just halfway through part 14 and part 16 has been released. Slowly catching up. This one is almost over though! Just a few more parts to be released. It has been fun and I am really glad I joined the group. I wonder what will come out next.

WIPocalypse 5, May Edition
First I want to say thank you so very much for all the wonderful comments on my Pardigm Lost finish. Thank you! Thank you!
Now, onto the update. While the update is two days late the stitching is all from the 5th or earlier.
First, as stated above I did finish Pardigm Lost. Really big Happy Dance.
Where it was last month.
And now finished.
I also worked on The Might Oak.
Where it was last month.
And now finished.
Oh, yes ... Two finishes this past lunar month. So happy.
