Model done

Yup... I spent the last few days stitching feverishly on that model. And then what do I do.... I forget to take the picture before I popped it into the envelope to mail it back! D'oh! So, it's done and getting mailed back today, but... there is no photo. Ah well.

Next up on the list is my next exchange, and again this will mean no pictures. I will need to take pictures of something else soon or this blog is going to get very very dull.

and all my stitching plans are for not....

I get the mail today, and what is in it but another model. sigh. Not only that but another mill hill model. I am SOOOOOO sick of stitching these. That is all they ever send me any more. Mill Hill models. You would think that is all there is to stitch. At least this isn't one of the really ugly animal mill hills.

My plans had been... Finish the fish in Fiona. Then stitch an exchange. Well, now those will be put off until after this model is done. On the plus side. Once this model is done I will have the credit to buy the supplies (minus floss) for the Bent Creek Snapperbets. Who knows... maybe I'll be able to get the floss too.

Maybe I will finish stitching this last section on Fiona today. Then do the model for the rest of the week.... I'd be a whole lot more excited with these models if they would send me at least some other things than Mill Hill crap. Soooooo tired of them. sigh.

stitching but no pictures

I worked on an exchange all weekend. I finished it too! That is the great part. But, as it is an exchange there are no pictures. At least not until it is sent and received.

But, now I am back to working on Fiona, and once a bit more is added to her, and maybe that little fishy is done I'll be posting another picture of her.

UFO RR and stash

I am sending on the latest UFO RR. It was a fun one to work on. My son really liked the colours. Every time I was working on it he was all... oooh you are working on the really pretty one again! I will say the blues are lovely in it. I didn't stitching with them much, I mainly did a lot of the black. heh. But, I got a nice chunck done.

Also, some stash I got with some model stitching credit. Ah, more charts, just what I need. snerk. But, at least these didn't really cost me a dime. I think with my next bit of credit I will get the Snapperbets. I think that alphbet is cute.

And then this past Thurday the HAED SAL started. So, I spent some of the past weekend working on Fiona. Inbetween cleaning, taking down the last of christmas, and migraines. But, I did get some work on her.

And I also started the wedding piece. Very, very little here. But, you can almost see the colour of the silk on the fabric. hehe.
